These terms cover your use of imagepromptbox.com and the tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

ImagePromptBox is an independent publication about AI image prompting. It publishes guides, case studies, a library of prompts, and two browser tools. Reading the site and using the tools is free, and neither requires an account.

Using the tools

Image to Prompt and Image Prompt Generator send what you submit to our API to produce a result. You are responsible for what you submit.

Please do not use the tools to:

• Send anything you do not have the right to send.
• Submit illegal content, or content that sexualises minors.
• Overload, scrape, or automate the service, or work around a rate limit.
• Produce material that deceives people — for example presenting an AI-generated image as a photograph of a real event or a real person.

The tools are provided as they are. They may be slow, rate-limited, unavailable, or changed without notice. Their output is machine-generated and can be wrong: an object, colour, or label the result describes may not match what is actually in the image you submitted. Check the output before relying on it.

Content on this site

The guides and case studies are written by us, and the images in the prompt library were generated by us. You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote briefly from it with a link back to the page. Please do not republish whole articles or the prompt library wholesale.

If something on this site is attributed incorrectly or infringes your rights, email us and we will correct or remove it.

Names of image-generation products — ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to say which model a prompt was tested on. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Who may use the site

The site is written for adults doing creative or professional work, and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can enter a contract where you live, please use the site with a parent or guardian.

No advice, no guarantees

The site is informational. Nothing on it is professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a promise about how a model will behave. Model versions change, so a result described on one page may not reproduce on another version or in another tool.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising and may link to third-party sites and tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Where advertising is introduced, the privacy policy describes the cookies involved before or at the point it goes live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
