This policy describes how ImagePromptBox handles information when you visit the site, use its prompt tools, or contact us.
Using the prompt tools
Image to Prompt and Image Prompt Generator send the image or text you submit to the ImagePromptBox API at api.imagepromptbox.com so it can produce a result.
The API processes these inputs transiently. It does not forward them to other providers, retain them, or use them to train models. The site does not save prompt inputs in browser storage. Avoid submitting information you do not want processed by an online tool.
Visiting the site
The site does not require an account. Its current code does not include analytics or advertising tools, and does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or account sessions.
The hosting or network services that deliver a website may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time. The site code does not establish which technical logs those providers keep or how long they retain them. For details about provider-side logs, contact the relevant hosting or network provider.
Contacting us
If you email support@imagepromptbox.com, your email address and the message you choose to send will be processed by the email services involved in sending and receiving it. Please include only the details needed to handle your request, and do not send passwords, payment details, or private images.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. The available rights and exceptions vary by law. To make a request, email support@imagepromptbox.com and describe what you are asking us to do.
